Patience is a bliss! Persistence helps too.
Oh-yea!! I was able to beat THREE of some of the optional bosses in Kingdom Hearts since my last blog entry!! Woohoo!!
Last night, after my blog and a little chat with Iqbal, I went off to play some more of the game..
And I was able to beat Ice Titan of Hercules!! Tough one.. this one practically rains attacks after attacks at ya!! But if you've gotten to know Ice Titan in this game, I'm sure you'd understand that you'll be counting on its attacks, in order to beat it...
I got to beat it eventually! With much patience and persistence!! =P
After that satisfying victory, I called it the night...
Next (this) morning, I got to wake up when my mobile phone alarm went off... ^_^
But then, had to help mother to send my brother to work at Grand Palace Hotel.. sigh.. well.. help her lah.. she's my mother bah...
after that... read newspaper... ate some lasagnia.. and then went to play PS2 again....
as I did, made plans with Roger & Adrian Foo on our movie outing that we just planned to watch that afernoon...
With all that done... I just played Kingdom Hearts... man.. was finding it hard to beat this ONE optional boss... so I just bother to level myself up at some other places...
When Roger came over to my place, I took my shower and then helped him to get some MP3s from my computer into his USB Handy Drive...
after that, still some time left before we leave for lunch... I played just ONE round to try and beat that earlier boss again... I failed however...
With that done, we then left for lunch... Had actually planned to eat at Yakin but then changed to go to Parkson to eat... since we had only one hour before the movie...
Bought the tickets and then off for lunch somewhere in the complex...
Decided to eat at McDonald's after feeling the urge to not eat at the food court....
And I can say this officially... that that was the first time I bought and ate a burger (any kind) in some fast food restaurant...
Within half an hour, we were done with lunch... and a little later, Adrian joined us.. then went to wait at the movie.. Constantine, starring Keanu Reeve..
Will post my review of it in my next blog entry...
After the movie... Adrian went home.. but Roger & I went for one round of bowling each...
He beat my by four points in total... sigh... well.. at least I was the one that got the only Strike in the whole game.. ahhaa!
It's been a long time since any of us played bowling... I'm getting way lousier than before!!
Anyway.. after that, spent a little time reading at Popular Bookstore...
after that, he sent me back home...
he stayed a little... and watched me as I got back to fighting that one boss again...
failed a few times in front of him... but when he left.... my next try, I FINALLY BEAT HIM!! Kurt Zisa, a six-armed, cobra-headed robotic monstrosity that can be found at the desert in Aladdin's world!!
after that... went to defeat Phantom at the Clock Tower of Peter Pan's world....
Actually... I looked up a little guide online on information on these guys.. and found out that Phantom was supposed to be the harder one... but I found out that Kurt Zisa was the tougher one...
Phantom was easy, once you know what to do... I was even able to beat him in my first try today...
Next target would be... Sephiroth... yeah.. the cool villain from Final Fantasy 7...
He is supposedly the HARDEST of ALL BOSSES in Kingdom Hearts..
and I got one try at him last night... and he ain't an easy one..
what's more.. I've to face him one-on-one, instead of a party of three against him alone!
tough... but I'll keep my persistence up!
Tomorrow, meeting for the Curtin Ambassador on the Orientation Week coming up next week..
will be picking up Azie along the way as well.. =)
Good thing she finally decided to join in last night....
That's all from me!
~ Both patience and persistence are able to get what you want each... work better together...
(just came up with this one from my experience with those optional bosses..)
