Over a year has gone. HYBRID has recovered from his last fall after FATE’s game and has continued to set forth with his life; FATE still weaving Her obstacles for him and the ‘Demon of the Conscience’, ID still present and battling with him as he progressed.
How will his journey be from here onwards?

HYBRID smiles.

He’s looking forward to what’s ahead.

A second 'great' poem after the first one

A follow-up to the first poem...
This one is one of my personal best and fave!

This is the longest poem I've ever written...
with TWELVE stanzas...
Five syllabuses in each line...
a nice rhyming scheme of a-a-b-c, d-d-e-f, g-g-h-i and so on...
Do tell me your comment on it.

DISTANT, YET, CLOSER

Shocked, flabbergasted,
Angered, frustrated,
Emotions I felt,
When I knew at last.

Watching silently,
Hidden secretly,
Like in a movie;
In a cheerless scene.

For one brief moment,
It felt like torment;
How I felt so downed,
Blinded by green eyes.

Hurt so much it did,
This I dare to bid,
Seeing the one loved
To love another.

But that was all it,
When noticed a bit,
A pleasant aura,
Like a radiant cape.

Smiled I did really,
Can’t help it truly,
To be happy, glad,

For your happiness.

You are a great friend,
Wish it’ll never end,
Our friendship that is,
For you’re an angel.

Despite the upset,
I can bravely bet,
It will only last,
For a while no doubt.

For now I can say,
Onwards from this day,
I promise you this,
My sister you’ll be.

For some time before,
You regard me for,
A little brother,
Like your very own.

And to you I vow,
To him I won’t bow,
If for any time,
He may mistreat you.

Defend you I will,
On my own free will,
For I care for you,
Like a brother should.
